Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

SHIPPING

We will aim to deliver your order within 7 days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. Cost of shipping will be determined at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

 

RETURNS

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery, at your own expense.

Please include your receipt or packing slip and clearly specify which items you would like to return and the reason for your return.

Once your parcel has been received we aim to process a refund within 3 days. You will be sent a confirmation email once it has been processed. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on which bank or card issuer you use.

Please note that returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • The products are both un-used and unwashed.
  • The products are in the same state in which you received them.
  • The original tags are still attached to the product.
  • You include a copy of the original receipt.
  • We recommend using a shipping service which includes tracking and insurance.

Note: 

  • If a return is not eligible for any of the reasons above, it will not be accepted. It will be sent back to the shipping address from your original order.
  • A one-time price adjustment will only be processed as Store Credit IF the exact item is in stock at the time of the price adjustment and is within 14 days of original purchase with receipt.

USA RETURNS

  • Please use USPS/Canada Post ONLY. Ship prepaid via insured ground shipping. Please write ‘CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING’ on the outside of the package. Do not return items by UPS, Fedex or other carriers, as duty and/or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused by Peak Performance Whistler.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not do exchanges. Please follow the RETURNS procedure above and re-order your required products online.
